... and keeps running behind money due to which quality has gone down tremendously. Salary provided is too low compared to market trends. Notice period is 3 months which is absolutely unnecessary.

2 years back it was good company to work but with the management changes the company is not doing good.

After 8 years of tenure here i saw lay off first time that too after 2 years without appraisals. They don't care whether hard working employee or dedicated person with dependency they have lay off people with no measurements

Salary is poor Appraisal are delayed every year Employee is not allowed to do work from home though he/she wants to work in same company. Some employees are given work from home while some are told to leave the company

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
