Nothing. This is a company only because it has been registered else it is a home run shop.

Dislikes

Less salary, six working days, 20 leaves in a year, leaves deducted for late coming, u have to wash ur utensils, same bathroom for ladies and gents, no salary slip, no hr policies, zero employee satisfaction.

...ing, people leaving org after few months. For 17+ people there is only 1 toilet. No salary slip. They are insurance broker but irony is there is no medical policy for employees. Travelling is too far from station. Strick timing. No skill development.
