Not Suitable for anyone above 3 years of experience, they regularly hire freshers get the laborious work done and fire or force to resign resign them if you are not Yes boss kindly of person. Founder is based on Germany but company runs purely on wishes of few senior leaders. When people put lot of negative reviews they simply change company name and branding. Don't waste your time and risk your career... if you see positive reviews 95% are fake and influence by leaders or made from dummy account. No policy or employee handbook all the rules depends on situation and your relationship and reputation with seniors
