The accounts head exhibits rude & short tempered behaviour, often lacking basic courtesy when interacting with team members. Especially the female staff, all times their conduct is abusive,causing distress and even bringing some staff members to tears 😭, their poor leadership qualities have led to high employee turnover, with many talented individuals leaving the organisation. Working in such an environment feels unproductive and demoralizing. The company has a strong foundation and great potential. The owner should consider oppinting a highly qualified ans well educated individual to the position of Accounts Head to ensure effective leadership and positive work environment.
