The best about this organization is that it helps to balance the work and family, which actually overpower their compensation and benefits which is comparably low.

Dislikes

After senior safety associate there two hierarchy either you can become an SME or asst. manager, but at this stage of senior safety associate you just do quality review so there no grooming of becoming a asst manager before. Its either you have the skill and you show once you become ASST MANAGER or you dont have it in you so you can continue to b senior safety associate.

Likes

This is good company if you want work life balance as they are very flexible for timings and leaves. Your manager is not always on top of your head as they treat you like a mature person. However the work here is not very organised and no proper handover techniques are there. Sometimes it causes in duplication of work which was already done by prior team. Also management and leadership is not of very high quality and they must learn about new style of leaderships and management lessons. Specially if you working in India it's leadership is not up to the class. Still few things are good and you have your freedom to do work and make it better.

Dislikes

I don't like the way of handover and training. Also reward system is not fully utilised.
