Flexible work hours, On time salary, HR team support

Dislikes

Favourism to the peoples close to management, No future vision, Company started almost 35 years back but no global footprints, Peoples working with their own set of mind and no one bothers about timelines. So many peoples taking advantage of ‘Koun Puchta hain haha’ attitude.

No Canteen facility. Breakfast which is provided to employee, the cost of that is also recovered 50% from the employee salary. There is no mediclaim facility available for parents. Mediclaim for employee is also only Rs 1L which is not at all sufficient during current times. No activities or festivals celebrations are conducted by HR. Although there is a Team of more than 35 HR and Admin, During diwali Lunch party, HR asks for employees to volunteer for activities to be conducted in the company. Inspite of such huge Team of HR and Admin still they need volunteers. They just want to sit back and eat Salaries. There is an HR VP in the company, being of such High Post, he is not at all bothered about the Employee Satisfaction. If any Suggestions or Compliant are put before him, he simply nods his head and ignore the suggestions. There is no update of any suggestions put in the Complaint Box kept in the office. Just for name sake the same is kept in the office.. Management should look into the HOD of some specific departments like HR, Purchase etc who are simply a cost to the company. These people draw hefty salaries, but whenever there is any responsibility to be taken, they simply raise their hands up. Also, it is noticed that the purchase head takes commission from Vendors by selling the vendors product to the company (inventia) at a price much higher that usual market price. There are no checks within the company to hold these fradusters who take Salary from company as well as commission from outsiders. Management should strictly look into this as it affects the overall growth of the company

Opportunity for learning.

Dislikes

Immediate reporting manager, asking for one month salary, after selection in company, and start harassing from very first month. They don't even want that amount in installments also. They force for resignation and torture daily for money.
