...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Salary Basic is too low and Work will be too high. Compared to other companys here the pressure is high, work-life balance is too worst and management will not treat you as a employee, they treat you as a worker in a daily wage basis

Very politics between Telugu and other religions.there is no job security they will remove with out reason for Fresher it's good plate form for learning.

Basically they say it is Monday to Friday but it's Everyday work, employees who work in higher positions working for 24/7 make sense due to the salary they receive, but how can they expect the employee to work like them with the less amount of salary employee's receive?
