First of all salary slip not providing and even id card also. The management is really worst. Not supportive for dedicated employee on work. Heavy politics and partiality in simple word bucket iddudre nin super ashte. In future I won't recommend for any of my friends or any of the people to this organisation👎

There is lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is normal and on the job training is not given to new joiners.

...hat person, Neither HR nor the Manager didn't take any action regarding this. 3. I worked as a Consultant for 1 year and 5 months, for my entire consultant period I received a salary with a TDS deduction, and year I received a 15k salary without any full-time conversion, when asked for full-time employee received a neglected reply from HR and Manager was least bothered, this kind of behavior really affected my career with less experience as full-time employee. 4. Basically they say it is Monday to Friday but it's Everyday work, employees who work in higher positions working for 24/7 make sense due to the salary they receive, but how can they expect the employee to work like them with the less amount of salary employee's receive?

The company does not pay enough salary even though working on nights and some times salary deduction and the deducted salary credits on next month overall not a good company make employees work more than 12 hours but salary is low

I didn't like anything Hr of invensis and manager senthil are very irresponsible they Don't treat employees as their company assets just treating them like bunch of fools, we shouldn't question if u question u will be targetted

I don't want refer my friends 😒 I worked for almost 3 years but I didn't salary hike nor my experience letter, they think I'm a joke and employees are joke, hr and management is bunch of idiots, they don't care about employees career, all they need money out of us
