Invenio is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I proud the fact that I am a part of a versatile team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad, especially to the US, China, Africa and United Kingdom. But on-site travel is completely dependent on your project and client's location. Mine is a UK and US based clients and they have some offices in London, New York, hence I got a B1 and TIER 2 ICT visa quickly. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee specific policy and care here. Invenio is absolutely vision oriented organisation and trying best of best for achieving it.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is little slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 14-16 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value a individuals unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation from my clients, but they mostly go unnoticed during appraisals. Also there is no on-job training, competency building program, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is pain sometimes.

I love the fact that i am a part of a company that markets reliable basically providing good solutions by SAP in Taxation, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is I get to learn so many things here like enhancing my skills.

Dislikes

We haven't get monetary compensation for our extra hours and weekend working. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours straight in a day as because of work load. They are not providing training for testing team but can provide training for functional and development team.

Only good think is that they hire freshers that's it.

Dislikes

It is one of the worst company to work for... no job security, no good salary, lots of politics, senior think themselves as god, bad behavior, it's just the waste of time to work in this company.
