Maximum time they provide salary in two installments. HR doesn't respond on time. The worst company. Even a single star is hopeless to provide to this company. Very unprofessional organization and the recruiters is very rude and unprofessional. No ethics and no on time response. There is no concern for the employees and expect to work like donkeys with no proper payments. And try to convince in all ways by saying the funds will be released shortly and from next month there'll be no salary issue. Never join this company. I didn't like anything in this company, It is a Scam, Don't work here, they hold your salary for one year and never give on time. Only the heads sitting in Bangalore Enjoy their jobs and the people posted at University are facing all challenges. University employee treated as beadle or sweeper of university. Like beggars, every function of the university compulsorily asks for money. I get frustrated working here, due to the delay and holding of our salary, The Management didnt support their employees Many things : 1. Delay in salary 2. . PF not submitting on time 3. TDS PF not submitting 4. No furniture available for faculty sittiting by institute 5. 100 % biased center Had 6. No increment and a huge gap in the salary slab of employees of the same designation 4. HR department is the worst. 7. Salary deduction each time by University All the negative reviews about company by other reviewers is very true and helpfulness. No one responded by higher authorities.. My personal suggestion to all new joiners to you . please don't join this organisation.

No salary No respect No job security (lay off) 5 months of pending salary is there. One thing they just follow is inequality. Employees will be the victims of the corporate games played by inefficient higher position employers like sujay nair, tony etc. They don't even accept they are the reason for failure. All they do is blame game and ladder game.

No Job Security, no PF, work period is 6month 1 month salary they won't pay .. just they will they will clear the earliest , I worked for 6month but i haven't receive 1 month salary . When we went to ask a salary , hr response is " Even i don't know " every time same response . we haver worked 13 hour in a month of july but that money salary is till pending The HR recruiter is their , He Don't know how to write a Mail . The recruiter Don't have Manners to talk with employees. in that company have not follow Hierarchies' the management is deadly Use less, 7 the Vp is only use volger words every , The Manager is their One of the Manager is don't know the Basic Excel . Please don't go that company for Job

Don't like anything wanna leave but they are not releasing my last three months salary.

Work life balance is terrible, they don't give salaries for 6-6 months if you ask to release the salary they ask u to leave, no appraisal/promotions, no job security, zero skill development or learning, so much politics, company culture is terrible if you are a girl don't join this organization if you belongs to a good family.

... authorities exhibit ownership attitude, neglecting a collaborative approach. 3. Since my start full salary has not been disbursed. 4. Salaries are consistently partial or withheld altogether. 5. Unsettled salaries extended over span of 3-4 months. 6. Post my departure it has been three months yet the final settlement and 3 month salary remain unpaid. 7. Provident funds are deducted from salary but not credited to pf account. 8. Initial job details are inadequately communicated unexpected teaching responsibilities at various universities and states are undisclosed during interview. 9. Requesting salary prompts insults and even suggested to resign even after dedicated work.
