...about working her. they dont have work ethics and dont respect their employee. Dont pay the salary properly. Actually they dont even pay the salary. HR ignores the call. They don’t responsibility for anything. You have to send mail and remind them 1000 times still they wont respond.

Dislikes

1. They dont have hood management. 2. Salary wont give. 3. Dont have work ethics. 4. Employee are not qualified with their work. 5. They are still hiring when they dont have money to pay the existing employees.

Likes

Major Advantage Job Security. Whatever Salary they give(50%, 70 %), give on Fix Date.

Dislikes

Some Locations are very poor like Jaipur, Bangalore. Teaching Load is high 4 to 5 Subjects you have to take. (Like : Subject 1 = 3 hr + Subject 2 = 3 hr + Lab 2 Hr + Subject 3 = 3 hr + Subject 4 = 3hr + Lab 2 hr + Subject 5 =3 hr) = 19 hrs , Because class are small size . Subjects are different from the regular subjects so it is difficult to prepare 4 to 5 different subjects + Additional work. Some location is good, where a small number of programs are there but job security is a problem. So choice is yours

Everything.....fake promises to students, faculties and associated University . Forget about salary you are lucky if you get it on time, tax, pf, deducted from the salary will not be deposited on time they will do it at the end, so you will loose your interest earnings in pf for the whole year.

They provide certificates and skill development to facilities. Provided wfh for more than 7 months.

Dislikes

Salary is not getting paid on time. Have to wait for 3 to 4 months for salary. Can call at any time for work. You've to handle other stuffs too. Hired for 5 working days but had to work 6 days a week.

Likes

Work life balance. Good environment. Great response came from students while teaching in University level.

Dislikes

HR department has so irresponsible behaviour and didn't pay your salary in time. Even I didn't get my salary from 4 months as my contract is over. And no one is there to give a responsible reason. Even refused to talk didn't pick call and replying on mails. The iNurture is a trap for the freshers.
