Job security is good. Management is also good.

Salary structure is good but salary is never came on time. (Always issues of Funds) career growth is slow. No increments and incentives. Allowance never came on time. Final settlement takes time of more than 1 year. PF is deducted but they didnot pay/submit to PF account

They don't pay salary on time and as a sales and marketing ex employee I still haven't got my Final settlement of 50k after one and half years of leaving job. They don't give u travel convenience.

Salary issue always. Most of the time never received salary on time. PF gets deducted every month but still did not add any amount in our PF account. No growth in this company. No skill development. No Promotion, Benefits in this company. No proper management.

They don't give you salary and also they don't give you the reply on the mail and calls also. They will abscond you if you will not go office after no salary. Worst company ever do not go over there worst person in management and RM,ZM

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
