If you want a seasonally workload-heavy job and a morbid work-life throughout the year, this organisation is for you.

Where, do I start? 1) Covid or no-covid the company never pays on time, and even if by heaven's sake they do disburse you salary, it would most often be either half or 25% of your take home. 2) The C L O has no clue what she is doing. Just being verbose and poised doesn't really help. She would pay no heed towards your difficulties or challenges. 3) As long as you suck up to her (consider flattery and peon job for the C L O), you would always be appreciated no matter your level of skill. 4) There's no growth opportunity whatsoever, you would be doing the same thing over and over throughout your stay with the company. 5) If you are even a minute late ( 9:15), you'll be penalised ( half day deduction from your leaves or even a LOP) 6) Increment would only be given once in a blue moon, don't raise your hopes high. 7) There's no benefit whatsoever. Not even a basic health insurance.

Job security is good. Work culture is depends on which university you are sitting. Company policies are existed only on papers, not in real

...ill be finalize. They declare a plan for incentives but NEVER provide to anyone. In the past three years sometime they deducted 25% salary, sometime 50%. SALARY never came on time and nobodies knows when they disbursed. HR never replies on mails. No diwali gifts, no travel claim. always make FALSE Promises

No salary No respect No job security (lay off) 5 months of pending salary is there. One thing they just follow is inequality. Employees will be the victims of the corporate games played by inefficient higher position employers like sujay nair, tony etc. They don't even accept they are the reason for failure. All they do is blame game and ladder game.

No Job Security, no PF, work period is 6month 1 month salary they won't pay .. just they will they will clear the earliest , I worked for 6month but i haven't receive 1 month salary . When we went to ask a salary , hr response is " Even i don't know " every time same response . we haver worked 13 hour in a month of july but that money salary is till pending The HR recruiter is their , He Don't know how to write a Mail . The recruiter Don't have Manners to talk with employees. in that company have not follow Hierarchies' the management is deadly Use less, 7 the Vp is only use volger words every , The Manager is their One of the Manager is don't know the Basic Excel . Please don't go that company for Job

Don't like anything wanna leave but they are not releasing my last three months salary.

Work life balance is terrible, they don't give salaries for 6-6 months if you ask to release the salary they ask u to leave, no appraisal/promotions, no job security, zero skill development or learning, so much politics, company culture is terrible if you are a girl don't join this organization if you belongs to a good family.
