No Job Security, no PF, work period is 6month 1 month salary they won't pay .. just they will they will clear the earliest , I worked for 6month but i haven't receive 1 month salary . When we went to ask a salary , hr response is " Even i don't know " every time same response . we haver worked 13 hour in a month of july but that money salary is till pending The HR recruiter is their , He Don't know how to write a Mail . The recruiter Don't have Manners to talk with employees. in that company have not follow Hierarchies' the management is deadly Use less, 7 the Vp is only use volger words every , The Manager is their One of the Manager is don't know the Basic Excel . Please don't go that company for Job

...s reasoning "cash inflow issues, payment issue from clients", "Investors Issue". As I experienced and heard with senior employees, there is not history for this Co' paying salary to employees on time. There will be minimum 20-25days delay in pay. For contractual employees, they only promise PF on papers but practically not and also they wont issue payslips. There are employees working over there for 4+ years without getting PF paid. In terms of timing its 9:30am till 8:00pm sometimes more than that during season. They promise OT for extended work but never pays it. HR policies are pathetic no professionalism. HR will provide offer letter via what's app that too after forcing them to the core. Leave policies are also pathetic. Will get only 1 PL and 1/2 SL rest all will be considered as LoP. When it comes to my own experience, I was promised for on-role but ended up providing off-role, I and other contractual employees were removed Oct-2023 reason is same (fund issues). Still 1 and half month salary is pending. No payslips are provided for me, no PF activation is done to me. Finally I strongly want to say this, during interview, never fall in interviewers trap, they provide all false and fake promises just to hire you and you will get to know the realities in the very next day of joining. No hike, No pay on time, No Emp benefits, No benefits...........If you guys still want to join please ensure either you will be removed or you yourself will decide to get out of it due to many issues.......over all # this Co' is big scam#

Actually there is nothing to like about this company. Worst company I ever seen.

... authorities exhibit ownership attitude, neglecting a collaborative approach. 3. Since my start full salary has not been disbursed. 4. Salaries are consistently partial or withheld altogether. 5. Unsettled salaries extended over span of 3-4 months. 6. Post my departure it has been three months yet the final settlement and 3 month salary remain unpaid. 7. Provident funds are deducted from salary but not credited to pf account. 8. Initial job details are inadequately communicated unexpected teaching responsibilities at various universities and states are undisclosed during interview. 9. Requesting salary prompts insults and even suggested to resign even after dedicated work.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
