...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

...ill be finalize. They declare a plan for incentives but NEVER provide to anyone. In the past three years sometime they deducted 25% salary, sometime 50%. SALARY never came on time and nobodies knows when they disbursed. HR never replies on mails. No diwali gifts, no travel claim. always make FALSE Promises

No proper increment, no work appreciation, no on time salary, worked 5 years only 2 times increment that to very small amount, here we have to beg for increment, no health insurance, Utter worst company

The process of working is good, work culture will have to be more better in the terms of marketing strategies for campuses, Some policies are good but please provide some transparency Regarding provident fund.

Learned lot of skills but suffered lot due to salary issue. Lot of mismanagement, favoritism works, if bucket higher management you are good else you don't have any value.

Dislikes

Worst company in terms of growth, salary, appraisal. No benefits at all, no transport, no cafeteria, no health medical benefits. During pandemic not given a laptop to work, used own laptop, own network and worked for 9hr daily.
