They don't give you salary and also they don't give you the reply on the mail and calls also. They will abscond you if you will not go office after no salary. Worst company ever do not go over there worst person in management and RM,ZM

Everything.....fake promises to students, faculties and associated University . Forget about salary you are lucky if you get it on time, tax, pf, deducted from the salary will not be deposited on time they will do it at the end, so you will loose your interest earnings in pf for the whole year.

They provide certificates and skill development to facilities. Provided wfh for more than 7 months.

Dislikes

Salary is not getting paid on time. Have to wait for 3 to 4 months for salary. Can call at any time for work. You've to handle other stuffs too. Hired for 5 working days but had to work 6 days a week.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

... changed. Company is not at all supporting for the employees in terms of Salary. No on time salary and 50% is deffered past 2 months which is very difficult to survive our lives with less package and such salary. And company is not giving assurance about when they are gonne release deffered salery. They niether giving us solution nor supporting. We are working full time, taking pressure working at home but no benefits from the company innthis situation. Regards
