Worst experience of working here in my 22 plus years of experience. Salary not disbursed timely and that too with deductions without prior intimation.PF not submitted in time after due deduction from salary. All is fraud in this company

Salary not at all in time The new boos thinks that he is the owner of the company and gives no contribution to the work . Such approach of a boss is not good to the company. We like the boss who leads with an example, this boss gives no contribution on work, and plays very ugly politics, gives no motivation about delays in salary, and always behaves in dual personality. I am quire sure his next job will be in political parties.

...ill be finalize. They declare a plan for incentives but NEVER provide to anyone. In the past three years sometime they deducted 25% salary, sometime 50%. SALARY never came on time and nobodies knows when they disbursed. HR never replies on mails. No diwali gifts, no travel claim. always make FALSE Promises

There is nothing good in this company. A prolonged salary issue is going on for the past 2 years. Management always deals with false commitments. They are giving part salary and not even giving on time. They don't think about employees who are working in universities. The employees working in universities are facing too many problems nowadays. If someone is asking for a salary, from managment it has been told to leave the company rudely. Don't even think to join this company. This is just a scam.

Forget about the benefit, even they don't give full salary and the part salary is also coming too late, sometimes at the end of this month. What a boolshit and shameless management is this! I am surprised

No salary No respect No job security (lay off) 5 months of pending salary is there. One thing they just follow is inequality. Employees will be the victims of the corporate games played by inefficient higher position employers like sujay nair, tony etc. They don't even accept they are the reason for failure. All they do is blame game and ladder game.
