Everything apart from company. HR response was not good. Full prove scam. They hire people and don't pay salary on time. If that employee left job because of frustration then they won't pay you your remaining amount. They will hire new people. They are playing games with employees career. Every time they have fund issue. This is a scam nothing else. Join this company at your own risk. CAO Sujay Nair, is useless. Worst management I have ever seen. Lots of people are suffering because of this scam.

At the initial stage, I feel good about this company but with time, I am scared of the salary.

Salary is a serious concern here, for 2 and half months I did get any salary. Also, at the time of the interview, they will say that workload will be this and this but from 1 year workload is more than expectation.

...ame employee sikayat karat firta hain student se kis level education soch lon They don't think about their employees & don't provide salary on time. Maximum time they provide salary in two installments. HR doesn't respond on time. The worst company. Even a single star is hopeless to provide to this company. Very unprofessional organization and the recruiters is very rude and unprofessional. No ethics and no on time response. There is no concern for the employees and expect to work like donkeys with no proper payments. And try to convince in all ways by saying the funds will be released shortly and from next month there'll be no salary issue. Never join this company. I didn't like anything in this company, It is a Scam, Don't work here, they hold your salary for one year and never give on time. Only the heads sitting in Bangalore Enjoy their jobs and the people posted at University are facing all challenges. University employee treated as beadle or sweeper of university. Like beggars, every function of the university compulsorily asks for money. I get frustrated working here, due to the delay and holding of our salary, The Management didnt support their employees Many things : 1. Delay in salary 2. . PF not submitting on time 3. TDS PF not submitting 4. No furniture available for faculty sittiting by institute 5. 100 % biased center Had 6. No increment and a huge gap in the salary slab of employees of the same designation 4. HR department is the worst. 7. Salary deduction each time by University All the negative reviews about company by other reviewers is very true and helpfulness. No one responded by higher authorities.. My personal suggestion to all new joiners to you . please don't join this organisation.

Bad Avoid working under sujay nair. at inurture, he active as CAO. All the works of SME and Academic head, he's selling outside as an academic advisor for lump amounts (personal use). Technically he knows nothing, And outdated guy!

...omerang, enjoy yours! Many of us knows, sujay is associated with various roles. When employee ask the salary Or other concern. He behaves like abroad royal king, not aware of any happenings inside. Just a local drunkard guy always in Western bars of bangalore and mumbai. Sujay way of responds, " Salary issues is for all, why are you questioning! Otherwise pack your bags" You're cheap sujay and shradha... If he smiles, we needs take it as casual talks and smile too. If he shouts, we need to quiet. Sujay is just a bad example and psycho. he do shout or demean your entire personality, family and birth of he/she infront of all, and you won't get any job once you stepped out of this office. Next your career and personal life is question mark. GOD BLESS YOU DEAR ! You may seems Dr.sujay, high profile CEO. shit!
