Job security, lots of new learnings, self development(confidence, leadership, ownership qualities I gained here), good increment, support from office in professional as well as in personal life in case of any emergency/maternity. Even during Covid times not even a single penny was deducted of any of our colleagues. At the very beginning of the Covid our Director said one thing that "We all will walk together in this hard time and we won't leave anyone behind". And our management did it. Good office timings, parties and outings from office. Also as a token of appreciation we do get a cheque on completion on 5/10 years and so on.Overall I am happy working here at IntyGritty MoneyTree Pvt Ltd. and would highly recommend others also to join us if anyone wants to work for long term.
