Hi, I'm currently drawing a salary of 27.7 (25.3 is fixed) LPA in my current organization and I got a new offer for 39LPA (33.3 is fixed and 1L joining bonus total 40) I'm almost going to complete by 2 years in my current organization and overall I have 11 years experience as QA. Working at Intuit has good benefits & salary. It’s good for first year. They will give lot of perks at 1st year

Dislikes

It has very toxic culture. Remember if they hire you for high package they want you from 9 to 2 am. It’s very hectic work culture. Manager called late night & work.

...urs time. On-call rotation is almost bi-weekly due to less people in each time. Intuit gets double of what they pay each month to you. Intuit India gets scrap/maintenance work from US and no hands on coding from scratch. Never ever plan to join Intuit better join company even with lesser package but will have better peace of mind and WLB.
