Nothing, no job security and worst management. overall its a fake company.

Introlligent Solution have only one client "Apple" and they will make you greedy while taking interview that you will work for apple, they will provide you full training, they will provide you mac book and bla bla... But due to the only one client, the job security is 0 out of 10. They told they are US based MNC but the reality is it's a consultancy. Please be careful about the below fraud people. Shaik Mujeeb Jawalanthi Jagannathan Joanna Methew Hari Prasad Deepa John They hired almost 50 people and after 15 days they suddenly removed 30 members. They just mentioned client need to reduce the resource. So please careful before join if you get any offer. Because it's depends on just one client.

Anytime anyday they can fire you without anh reason...they fired me withig 10 days telling we couldn't get project hencd we have to fire you

Great Company to work, they work for a high profile client and good work environment , flexible timings . No place for politics and can directly reach out to senior management without much wait.

Partiality is more at the time of work and promotions. If you work 200 per also won't get good hike unless don't have support of higher management. Management will give hike who is so close to team leads others won't
