Intrcity somehow a good place to work. What i liked the most about working in Intrcity is that when some passenger admire your work and give their feedback positively which actually kicks you up to do best at job.

They Paid us still in lockdown, But now they are removing there employees, i lost my job also. It's not at all there fault but we have to accept the situation. Overall satisfaction with the intrcity.

Best work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent. Company policies are good.

Dislikes

Since it is startup company, there are some communication gaps between individual and management.
