Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Great work life balance, great place to work.

Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Lot of things 1. No salary hike if no sales targets achieved. 2. Always work from office is required incase of emergency like COVID 3. Poor management regarding anything like asking for holiday, asking to credit the salary like when you have reached 10th of the month , and yet salary still not credited. 4. The company only focuses on targets that's weird because employees voices should be heard too.
