...ment, one is not allowed to work remotely and complete remaining/required tasks. Don't like Gratuity and Health Insurance getting deducted from employee's salary. And, same is not mentioned in salary slip.

The workplace culture is good however, hybrid modes are not used. Additionally, the appraisal, salary, and benefits are average.

...d due to the presence of some less skilled and undeserving seniors and managers. The overall ratio of skilled employees has decreased drastically, and the salary increments are somewhat below market standards. Additionally, the internal programs can sometimes feel overwhelming. I believe the organization needs to be more flexible and polite, especially with freshers, to create a more supportive and nurturing environment.
