Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Overall, I had a positive experience working with this company. Commuting to the office was convenient and office environment was pleasant. The work culture stood out to me as particularly remarkable, and I enjoyed being a part of it. I would recommend this company to others looking for a positive work environment.

Company not providing proper facility to their employees. Even not able to provide basic facilities to their employees like tissue paper, Washroom stinks every time, Desktops are useless, not allowing employees to work from home, but senior manager taking work from home whenever they wants.
