...ent will decide based on the comments of other management executives. Worst HR. Only salary was paid other perks like LTA and Variable pay (even single pie) was not paid. When asked it was totally denied. Be very care in choosing this company Anytime you will be thrown out of the company if you are not in the good books of all the management staffs

I was working with inthree 1.3 year. Inbetween i am not getting my expencess , after submitting time to time, even company till now not settled my fnf. Where the settled in 50 days. But when i am called they told yes u get shortly. Very bad company. Every time hr also told funding issue. Please dont move there

The company is e-commerce retail basically operates in Rural Environment. There are possibilities of learning new things, but not much. You will come to know how e-commerce domain operates.

... of supervision No proper utilization of man hours, Improper usage of funding Late disbursement of salary Very Pathetic New Chief Technology Officer for Tech Team All of sudden Head of HR first time interaction is "You are not fit for this company" where he not even looked in any one's performance review.

Nobody asks what work u r doing even if ur watching social media. Management is busy in talking and creating new stories everyday.

...t gives 2+2=5.5, ERP, ERP , ERP is something we are hearing from last 2.5 years. This vendor only pays his salary when Inthree make their payment on direction of CEO whether work is done or not. now again ERP date gone from March 2019 to October 2019. Worst company with no ethics. We paid 50 lacs + for an App which is costing 5 lacs in market. Somebody is taking out money this way.

interdepartmental back stabbing, poor salary, min innovation, me doing 3 person's jobs as recruitment is on hold for new positions due to lack of resources, some time highly stressful environment & ambiguous directions, team mates are all stressed, mgmt likes to play blame game- its the best sports for them, zero training, no visibility of career growth path, require investment in tech, require brand awareness activity in mass
