...all senior staff coming at morning 8:30 to9:00 am and ending day at 7,8,9 PM 2.Salary and benefits- here first they give you big packages after that they cut your bonus, incentive, bus,canteen from your gross salary (specifically bus canteen 2800 deduction 🤯) 3. Appraisal - Interestingly they have world class increment cycles as appraisal submitted in oct months and you will get increment in April month (means you are wasting 6month without increment) and very slow promotions for that you need to spend more than 10 yrs 4.Job security- As they didn’t get candidates for their positions job security obviously 🙄 always their is open positions available on an average in a month about 4-5 candidates apply resignation 5 Most important when you resigned they treat very bad and you have to complete 90days notice period compulsory and if you want early release after that also you will have to stay 90 days notice period compulsory Before joining think 🤔 here you get job easily but you cannot get out easily After joining your increment will be after 1.5 yrs

Discrimination by language / Race / Ethnicity . Work environment is toxic inside Certain teams. The team leads doesn't want you to shine more than them, suppress by telling bad about you to others / management (So that they can survive). Need to stay till they stay (but they will come late by an hour and clock the 8hours), but we should leave only after they leave.

- Very good and supportive team members and manager - Work-life balance was good, almost never had to work extra time in the course of 4.5 years

...but has zero budget to get you better training or access to new software/tools - Salary growth is terrible - Company rewards & recognitions have practically no monitary value to them because the reward to effort ratio is bad - Work from home is non-existent, I was asked to go to office even in the middle of the pandemic when literally every company was pure work from home - They still force you to pay an additional COVID-insurance per year in 2022. You can't opt out of this - The cafeteria lunches are bad and unhygenic, you must pay for this and can't opt out

Team mates are supportive. If you like your job this is a good place to work. Don't expect much support from your managers though. They have a lot of constraints to help their team because of the top level management and company policies.

Salary and compensations structure is a scam. Please be sure of what numbers you will get, if you plan to make the desperate decision to join Inteva. Do not join the window regulators team. Your reporting engineering manager is ruthless and doesn't care about anything other than his job and his future.
