Salary and the people engaging activity the company wants the employee to involve.

Dislikes

Discrimination by language / Race / Ethnicity . Work environment is toxic inside Certain teams. The team leads doesn't want you to shine more than them, suppress by telling bad about you to others / management (So that they can survive). Need to stay till they stay (but they will come late by an hour and clock the 8hours), but we should leave only after they leave.

You get to work on projects from different regions. If you're on PE level then you might get on-site opportunities.

Dislikes

HR policies are worst, Company pays way too less compared to other players in the same market , Inteva HQ has removed employees without notice. Many of my team members quit and none of them were retained so they don't want skilled workers they want people that'd work for less payment.

I was joined in Inteva as a contract employ. There they will treat the contract employs as not good. They wont give scope to learn subject for contract employ. But for permanent guys its very good environment for learning because of it is supplier.Lab festivities also good. For contractors,they wont allow into scope meetings. Finally for Kannada guys only its very good to join as a contract also in Bangalore branch. Because for Kannada guys only can get permanent position. Waste culture of permanent guys the way of treating of contractors. Just they will feel as about them as a one state governor....Read More

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Team mates are supportive. If you like your job this is a good place to work. Don't expect much support from your managers though. They have a lot of constraints to help their team because of the top level management and company policies.

Dislikes

Salary and compensations structure is a scam. Please be sure of what numbers you will get, if you plan to make the desperate decision to join Inteva. Do not join the window regulators team. Your reporting engineering manager is ruthless and doesn't care about anything other than his job and his future.

Work Details

Depends on the team you join and the manager you work with. For me, my manager was a person who wanted his resources to work extra hours instead of hiring a new resource for project requirements to show the top level management that he is very capable.

😁As after joining this company every new joiner leaves after 1 year so here you have job security because they didn’t get candidates for for open positions

1.Work life balance- If you working on line then only leave office on time or you have joined in senior position then you have to spend more than 10 hours as I have been seeing all senior staff coming at morning 8:30 to9:00 am and ending day at 7,8,9 PM 2.Salary and benefits- here first they give you big packages after that they cut your bonus, incentive, bus,canteen from your gross salary (specifically bus canteen 2800 deduction 🤯) 3. Appraisal - Interestingly they have world class increment cycles as appraisal submitted in oct months and you will get increment in April month (means you are wasting 6month without increment) and very slow promotions for that you need to spend more than 10 yrs 4.Job security- As they didn’t get candidates for their positions job security obviously 🙄 always their is open positions available on an average in a month about 4-5 candidates apply resignation 5 Most important when you resigned they treat very bad and you have to complete 90days notice period compulsory and if you want early release after that also you will have to stay 90 days notice period compulsory Before joining think 🤔 here you get job easily but you cannot get out easily After joining your increment will be after 1.5 yrs...Read More
