as per the experience to working in the organization, there are some peoples who are team member of HR, like if you are doing something, or talking with someone regarding any thing, the news will be forwarded to HR, and working culture is so irritating overthere, dont know why peoples are joining this company, its like an army school or institute, you need to be in very discipline, means no phone, no call, half hour break, no personal talk, no friends, no collegues, only HR's team member can do whatever they want, this culture is running overthere, if you want to live happy, dont join here, else you can do labour work (which is good for health and mind too).

Working here for nearly a year now and I haven't once felt the need to take any serious concern to the management or the HR. Smooth, is the word I would use to describe the whole experience. It is a very open, engaging and quite a sophisticated work environment around here. The management gets things done just fine and the HR department is so far the most adept and involved one I have seen in my work experience. Things flow well in here.

Dislikes

There should be some perks in terms of monetary incentives or bonus from the company end. That, for me, is the a major drawback. Apart from that, frequency and choice of activities can use some hike.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Sometimes the work pressure is high. Also, there is no job trining for freshers., so sometimes fresher need to step by step guidelines.
