Nothing. Atleast for the person who wants to grow in life. Its good for those old age uncle's who wants extremely laid back SBI type life.

Dislikes

They lie in the interview regarding the work location & 6 days working. Plus no onboarding process or proper handover. Lack of trust amongst employees. I was hired as a digital marketing manager & the founder of the company says to me that this digital marketing is a bubble which will burst soon. (2023) They claim that they will plant tree for one kitchen sold but there is no process or never intends to implement that. Every one in the top management is greedy & torture's mentally to everyone in-fact on of the employee heard that someone from the top said that "keep an eye on this dog's". No body feels safe & secure working in this company. I went into depression working in this company. So much that i resigned without even searching for another job. If you don't believe me. I would want you to join this company.

A very hospitable and comfortable environment. Learnt a lot at Interwood. Very grateful to Mr Sawhney, Mrs Sawhney and Rishi Ahuja. They gave me great opportunities and scope to grow.

Dislikes

Nothing really to dislike here apart from the awesome food you get at the factory office which will make you a little fat 😁

Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
