There is nothing much to like in this company.

There are many things which needs to be improved. If we want to take a leave we have to ask each and every person in the organisation and then they will approve. There are 2-3 employees and 5 persons in management level 😂 😂. There is one person since 3 years and that person plays the entire game. No basic communication skills, no ethics, morals, values Founder do not even dress properly, he do not even walk properly. He just shows his attitude without nothing. People with self respect cannot work here. Company will just sustain but will not grow untill and unless the 3 years tenure person leave the company. If we ask for a leave management will make it as a resignation. Company works with 2- employees from the scratch. Please do not go with Google reviews. They are all fake. No policies in this company. Partiality is more. That tenured person can come to office any time any day . No timings. Last but not least there are so many things happens in this workplace which are unethical and which cannot be shared here.
