Nothing, the owners don't have a sense of running the company, they might know how to sell but not how to run a company.

Dislikes

There is no job security, they hired around 50 employees in Feb 2023 and then all of a sudden layed off in May 2023.

Likes

Leadership of the organization are very approachable and ideas are always welcomed, lot of space is being provided to experiment and test new strategies. Most importantly they treat employees as family and always considerate of your work life balance.

Dislikes

Some Team Managers doesnt treat employees in a healthy way . Need to address the issue and have a employee feedback system that is anonymous as mostly people hesitate to raise their concerns in team meetings.

- Work culture is amazing, the people here are very helpful and supportive - Focus on learning and improvising your work is the priority here

Dislikes

- Random firing of non-performing employees without any PIP - Promotions and appraisals are quite low specially for people not working from the office
