This I am writing only for Gurgaon location, the Management here is highly unprofessional. Intertrust acquired a CA firm and converted into an MNC but the management still runs the Company as a mediocre CA firm. No respect for employees, their kids come and sleep in conference rooms and they highly micromanage. Intertrust on its own is a great organization but they should consider changing the senior management of Gurgaon location. The MD and his wife

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
