Compensation is moderate but growth is high. the work pressure is very high. sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day I was complete my routine work every day most of times I do received appreciation emails form my client but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. also there is no on-job training for freshers as well as experiences hence senior folks like me have to guide them step by step which is a pain sometimes.

Salary comes on time

Dislikes

Employees are slogged like labourers. Saturday & Sunday working unethically. Even on national Holidays employees are asked to work. When you are on Paid leave, boss will expect you to be on weekly calls.

...loyer if you were taken wrong decision like have release wrong report to client. Management is good in only good work and when you are doing work hard but if you asked to appraise or ask to hike salary then they became worst employer in the world they behave like that enemy and do the bad things against to the employee, they never increments the employee, their normal increment is 0.5 percent to 1 % yearly even then they torcher the employee day by day by doing a lot of work and never appreciate the right people in organisation, nepotism is on peak

...and straight forward employee to harras Company do increment for employees 0, 0.5,1, 2% this is the only number which get the employee in hike salary annualy, sometimes no any increment also get, only changes year 2022 to 2023 in increment letter

...EO's management style, I appreciated that the company paid their employees well. The salary and benefits package were excellent and made it easy to overlook some of the other challenges.

It was insane to remember working for the CEO of this company that was absurd. The office was a breeding ground for the plague of overwork, with employees treated as disposable resources rather than valuable assets. The CEO had little regard for work-life balance and expected his staff to be available 24/7, leading to a culture of burnout and exhaustion. It was not uncommon for employee to be working well into the night and over weekends, leaving them with little time for rest or personal pursuits. The overall atmosphere was suffocating, with the constant pressure to meet impossible deadlines and satisfy unreasonable dermands. It was clear that the CEO valued profits over people, creating a work environment that was toxic and unsustainable.
