Management is very bad.No salary hike.Too much office politices are there.No project.Maximum time they can rated you 3 if there are no projects.Senior level is very bad. Higher management is very bad specially senior director and managers level.

They just have a huge office with parking space. That's all.

Dislikes

1) Salary Hikes 2) Favouritism 3) Not employee centric. Spend hours working and not even a decent courtesy to give the employees comp off or WFH the next day. 4) Nature of the project makes it difficult to come to office 5 days. 5) Cafeteria is a joke. 6) Rules are different for everyone. 7) Politics

Good working environment and timely salary. Friendly and supportive team members.

Dislikes

Office infrastructure could be improved. More project opportunities would improve employee's confidence on the company and reduce attrition.

...u don't appease them, so always have to participate in internal office lobying Higher salary package will make you fragile to be removed from the company

Working environment is very good. You will get to learn a lot. Seniors will guide you all the time. Teammates are really nice.

...otice period management will disturb you a lot. Administration is also pathetic. If you want to learn you can join, do not expect any good package. If you are experienced try other companies as no project is using latest technology.
