Only flexi timing is there,salary on time.

Dislikes

For new joinee 1 leave per month after signing bond for two years. After completing 2 year bond if you want increment you have to sign 1 one year bond. No retirement benefits. When ever you leave the job, you have to pay 2 months salary . Management has no longer vision.

Work culture very bad , lala type company , products is good for sales, lots of breakdown , inexperience employee doesn't know how to work, management is poorer, don't apply for job here.

It's a very good company to work as a Mechanical design engineer. You will learn a lot in the field of machine desig (In terms of 3d modelling software, Drawings, Mechanisms, Component selection, Pneumatics ,Hydraulics & electrical ). Work culture is good and management persons are understanding. Overall i had good experience at there.

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Likes

In this time i had few Appourtinity to learn some new like programmimg and some work on excel. I am on service so i have to go on sites i have also visited 2 international sites for the company and that was very good experience for me.

Dislikes

Salary of last two months are reduced to 40% and we have to work like office some times i work more and sometimes i didn't have to work. they are giving salary on working days all the time clients call and we have to give the answer to them whether we are free or not.
