Work culture is excellent. Salary is also good. People have helping nature.

Dislikes

Bad facilities. Small scale projects. Monotonous work. Sometimes there is no work we have do personally training. Leads to comfort zone. Bad timings. Gets no personal time.

...o no scope of improvement after certain amount of time Shift timing is strict No extra pay for extra hours Less holidays

The people position and work team structuring is poor. They must have proper teams set up, enough experience people leading the team. Someone good to manage the teams and each team. Too much trainees and few experienced people spoil work. No well thinked about manner of recruitment. They take lower cost people and save money. This main and only problem going on for long time 2 years

They are a startup so, many compliments keeps coming from client in bulk. So, when their reputation becomes bad in market they change their company name. Like first Milan engineering then nhsm Pvt Ltd, then ISP global consulting and now uppteam. 4/5th name in 6 years. Small and medium scale projects. Many times there is no work.Mass firing. Don't expect job security. It's like You are on a ship that is gonna sink soon. It a startup from so long.

Easy life. If you are friends with the "directors"who are nothing but draftsmen and junior manager level staff all is good.

Dislikes

Nothing much. But work is not there. Many idle. A English teacher gets paid more than technical for no work.Just have to be good with director and owner.
