Nice and kind HR team and mgmt.. Various deptt heads also good at heart. This company paid full salary during Covid and did not send anyone home. Now trying best to do many things in a very competitive USA market It developed very innovative training system when finding people was tough. Many interns and trainees found good career. Initially had good growth with good team management. Currently nice too.

Dislikes

It must really work on stopping good people leaving. And it should take on board good people. Experienced people selection and man management is the key for this business. No one expert can do much in diverse work areas. Otherwise company is nice.

Work culture is excellent. Salary is also good. People have helping nature.

Dislikes

Bad facilities. Small scale projects. Monotonous work. Sometimes there is no work we have do personally training. Leads to comfort zone. Bad timings. Gets no personal time.

Working with ISP I learnt so many software and also multitasking

The people position and work team structuring is poor. They must have proper teams set up, enough experience people leading the team. Someone good to manage the teams and each team. Too much trainees and few experienced people spoil work. No well thinked about manner of recruitment. They take lower cost people and save money. This main and only problem going on for long time 2 years

Likes

Easy life. If you are friends with the "directors"who are nothing but draftsmen and junior manager level staff all is good.

Dislikes

Nothing much. But work is not there. Many idle. A English teacher gets paid more than technical for no work.Just have to be good with director and owner.
