Staffs are very friendly and helpful except few who is dangerous for all of us.

Faculty insult, disappointment, Salary hold up/deduction, whole day lecture without break, Toilet/Canteen duty by PhD faculty

It's the employees willingness to work that looks great in the campus and office. At ISM, Patna work culture is good as every employees are very hard working and motivated

Dislikes

As such there is no dislikes but yes I want to say that time of salary payment is not fixed which demotivates the employees somehow.

I think, there is nothing i have liked in this place. it's useless to talk about this place.

Dislikes

A lot, A numerous things to dislike this place. If you talk about organization, then it is run by a number o people with a great bond and with Mutual trust under a healthy workplace but talking about ISM, then nothing is left here. It is controlled by its administrator and who just create the confusion and bad relationship between mid-management and top management.. Your job is also not secured. Anytime you will be fired. It's all about their needs.
