I just like the concept of INSAID(International School of Al & Data Science) and nothing else.

...th them,they tell you that our senior (Arun) will call you for the second round.When the senior calls you,you both have a conversation regarding the profile,salary,roles and responsibilities.Everything went well,but as soon as you tell them about the expected CTC,this guy all of sudden tells you, okay we will let you know,drops the call and you will never hear them again.This guy neither says your expectations are high or he tells you about the company budget.I just fail to understand why they mention about the CTC when they cannot meet the expectations of a candidate who is having more than 5 years of experience in sales. After few days,I again got a call from their company from this guy,I again told him everything about the things that happened.He told me that this cannot happen,we have a budget more than what you are expecting.told me to wait and let him cross check the things.Now today is the fifth day,I didn't got a response from their end till now.I even texted him whatever the feedback will be let me know,so that I can really work on those points.This is how their hiring process takes place.Pathethic and unprofessional people.
