Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

He is a gas bag and good to do nothing Salary is never on time Lot of salary deductions because of HR rules For sales team it is purely on target basis and they set unexpected targets Product itself is illegal so lots of government compliance has been breached Customers have so many legal issue and credibility of this is pure fake
