The teachers who are an alumni of this college, are more preferred in terms of ideas & acknowledgement. I believe the treatment in terms of opportunity & exposure should be same for all.

Teachers don't have to worry about completing their syllabus. Lot of holidays and class cancellations.

Dislikes

No benefits of any kind for the employees. Management stays in their own world of only marketing and promotions.
