Office politics. Female staff out of control. Doesn't know their place and limits. Treats the workplace like their own house. Grader is involved in office politics and has support from relative who works in head office of the company.

no system, no guidelines to follow, office politics, those who can play politics can work well, no salary bars, no hr policies, just go & come office monday to friday. graders do change grade on market demand, no one comes to check from management, good side earning chances. general manager fully corrupt toxic, plays politics, hire & fire, psycho mind. shout all in office online meeting.

They have scheduled an interview with me on December 4th, and I arrived within the time they have provided. However, despite being on time, a lady at your reception informed me that I would need to come back the next day because there were too many candidates, and the interview wouldn't be conducted that day. How is it my fault that there were too many candidates ? Do they routinely treat people like this, disrespecting and harassing them after calling them in ? Is their time the only one that matters, while others time has no value ?

I did not attend the interview the next day, December 5th, nor do I have any intention of doing so in the future. I will take appropriate steps to ensure that no one else has to suffer the way I did.

IGi is an Excellent company ,I love the fact that I am was the part of the IGI company. As per my experience consider In IGI is only 5 months in Accounts Excutive department. It's a carrier nd growth opportunity for us to work wit company. The Environment and infrastructure was very nice .my Account team manager MS. Sindhu loyal ma'am was very nice in nature and polite way. And the plus point is iGi goes Goa every year to refresh the employees mind and they can happily enjoying .and den work also should done properly. And we happily worked wit the other departments colleagues also overall that's good company.

As per my team in accounts department as per my experience Is not good to work wit them as a teaming. My senior savita Pooja was very rude in behavior nd Nature wit me as well as wit anyone or wit other departments also.i get frustrated working wit her. She had not trained me properly in polite way in whole period of working months.even 2-3 members also v. Rude wit me every time. The work pressure is very high. As I have to attend client calls from morning to evening even during other work also Manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times.

Everything is fabulous.. Best teammates, Every one have a space to work , They didn’t Neglect anyone... Because they will hear everyone suggestions from Senior Staff to Entry level people .. I was really surprised from IGI MD about wishing everyone’s birthday .. No politics and every year they have annual picnic.
