The worst company I have ever ever worked with... This company can spoil ur career ur life your dreams... No job security at all.any time they can throw u out without any reason if u r not buttering upper management...worst work culture... Floor is like a fish market... Very few people speaks in English otherwise all time in Marathi... Again I would like to mention this company has no job security.... people working in this company just because they have to take care of their families. Worst! Non sense! I have resigned just of these nonsense There is nothing in this company which I Liked.

There is no work life balance according to the salary. Forget about promotion coz of favoritism. In private there no security. What is skill development? No one knows in IGT. Fake company culture due to all the unsatisfactory conditions mentioned above I left.

I appreciate that IGT offers numerous travel-related processes, and I had the opportunity to work with IndiGo, one of India's leading airlines. Although IGT offers cab services, securing one during peak hours can be challenging, especially between 12:00 and 21:00, which is a real hassle. Moreover, if you possess strong social skills and can forge a good relationship with your team leader, you're likely to get your planned leaves and preferred shifts without much trouble. Lastly, the resignation process and final settlements are handled efficiently; I encountered no issues with these during my final days at IGT.
