Job security is good salary is very low as they mention in offer letter. They give the salary in very low, growth is very very slow increment also very low. Two days week off,

Full politics, new persons learning is impossible, increment is very low

Only one benefit that is 5 days working days.

Full physical work like labour and salary also too low.No skill development and no learning.Only full physical hardworking.No promotions because of preference to local candidates.Language problem also there ( tamil). less increments and bonus.these is MNC but they have no MNC benefits.

I'ts all about the culture and experience of the company that it last for more than 100 yrs, and especially bonding between the working place and peoples. And the company policies are very fantastic that everyone can adopt easily.

Dislikes

There is no specific dislike at all, but personally i have issues with the salary side, because the given package it means the offered package said by the company and the giving salary is more varied. And one more thing, after increment before increment there is no difference, in-fact before increment salary is good than after increment. Personally i felt very shame on it.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of polite and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low

Initially They give a peaceful working condition and they told the importance of safety precautions for covid 19 they give good food and healthy food I like the ILVT concept for the production
