Idei is a very good organisation. The higher authority have friendly nature.ide India give more priority on fresher. They give chance to fresher for their career growth in future. This is a organisation which work on service project like promote surface treadle pump for poor marginal farmer for irrigation. Work environment me too is very good. It generally working in tribal belt.

Over all this organisation is very good. But according to responsible salary is verylow for field staff.

My experience of working in IDBI was very good. It was great to have the opportunity to work with a team with good ideas, the main thing was that we did a better job of helping the farming community.

There was nothing to dislike, but the sudden issue with FCRA is causing a little trouble.
