Idei is a very good organisation. The higher authority have friendly nature.ide India give more priority on fresher. They give chance to fresher for their career growth in future. This is a organisation which work on service project like promote surface treadle pump for poor marginal farmer for irrigation. Work environment me too is very good. It generally working in tribal belt.

Dislikes

Over all this organisation is very good. But according to responsible salary is verylow for field staff.

Work Details

This work is very challenge for me because a coastal guys work in tribal area. At first it is difficult for me to understand tribal language. But after one month there is no barrier in communication. Over all I promote the surface treadle pump .
