Working in this project, it is a great opportunity to get involved with the farmers and their day to day activities. During the period it was possible to identify their situations, their behaviour and the problems faced in adopting any new technology. With suitable interventions it is possible to meet the needs of the farming community. On the other hand, it is a two way learning process for both the farmers and the project team. The staff at University are always helpful at the time of need. Great to be working in this project.

...so a process of exploring new farmers..I don't find any problems, to be frank. One to quote here, it is the only problem about salary.. The net salary and the regularity of payment are quite not satisfied.

...will effect adversely and come out of the organization to look for alternatives. No doubt, they pay adequate compensation with terminal benefits in a reasonable manner. Still it is a dark spot in employees point of view and painful to the employer point of view also. It is like a win-win strategy one has to play and come out respectfully. Still I like the organization and feel it is a God given gift for me to work here for sometime in my life. I wish the organization and staff to run the mission smoothly with good cause for next hundred years.

Working environment is good with feasible timings and facilities provided to staff and is a good learning place for new joiners. Job security is lacking as it is project based depends completely on fund availability.
