I could put together a reasonably good team. But the work culture was quite toxic when I took over. The Board of Directors were not supportive of my efforts due to their own constraints. In spite of that we were able to present an above average performance.

Dislikes

Ill trained employees, poor pay compared to industry, high attrtion, lack of direction from the Board, lack of empowerment, toxic credit culture.
