Large company and it's asset base

Culture is of 1940s , too many people at top . For every job ,they write emails , erp systems are redundant. Highly signature oriented , red taped company , typical Lala approach with over 6 Lala ji working 24x7 . No one knows who to report to . Top management other than promoters is busy securing their job . Appraisal system is govt type , will take years to grow . Good for few years only .

I was having very good assignments for company growth which also derive my carrier path. Learned lot and had free hands to utilize expertise for new development and implement changes for betterment.

Dislikes

Challenges faced which normally to face with all other companies.

Likes

Great Mithal family cares their employee as their family member. We had good leader like T. K. Das sir, excellent company I ever worked.

Dislikes

Middle management was not successful and change of earlier system diaturbed me and I left.
